Quilling paper art is always relaxing and enjoying to me. This time with Rafflesia flower of the rainforest.
Rafflesia is the biggest flower of the world. It blooms on a parasitic flowering plant of rainforests. Most of them are found on Southeast Asia. It has a very strong and unpleasant smell like decaying flesh, that’s why it has a nickname “corpse flower”.

I make all my artworks by hand (made to order). Once it is purchased and the order is placed, it takes me about 1 – 2 weeks to make it.
